Job summary

Harnham in London (Hybrid) is seeking a Consultant to help global technology businesses make better strategic decisions and drive growth. You will own key workstreams, conduct research and analysis, and turn insights into clear, commercially focused recommendations.

The role offers a base salary up to 70,000 + bonus, with three days in the London office and two days flexible. You will work with founders and senior practitioners, with a learning budget and access to the latest AI tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in management consulting, research consultancy, strategic insights or strategic design.
• Experience working on B2B and/or B2C technology projects.
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written communication, presentation and data visualization skills.
• Commercial awareness, attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of deliverables.
• Curiosity about technology and AI, with experience building or improving AI-enabled tools, dashboards or workflows an advantage.

We're partnering with a growing specialist strategy consultancy to appoint a Consultant to help global technology businesses make better strategic decisions and drive growth.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of key project workstreams, get hands‑on with research and analysis, and turn complex customer and market insights into clear, commercially focused recommendations.

The role

Own workstreams across strategy engagements, managing tasks, timelines and delivery.

Design research materials, conduct qualitative interviews and analyse quantitative evidence.

Translate findings into compelling insights and actionable recommendations.

Create high-quality presentations and visualise complex information into clear business stories.

Present findings to clients, support junior colleagues and contribute to proposals.

Help build and test AI-enabled tools and workflows that improve strategic advice.

What we're looking for

3+ years' experience in management consulting, research consultancy, strategic insights or strategic design.

Experience working on B2B and/or B2C technology projects.

The package

Up to £70,000 base salary, depending on experience.

Performance-related bonus, typically 20-30%, with higher potential for exceptional performance.
