Job summary

Harnham is seeking a commercially minded Consultant to join its growing boutique strategy team focused on the technology sector. You will work on high-impact research and strategy engagements for global clients, gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and founders while shaping business decisions through insight-led consulting.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience within market research, insights, strategy consulting or brand strategy.
• Experience working on B2B technology-focused projects.
• Ability to manage project workstreams and deliver high-quality client outputs.
• Strong qualitative research, analysis and storytelling capabilities.
• Confidence presenting findings and engaging with external stakeholders.
• Excellent PowerPoint, research and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate insight into practical business recommendations.
• Interest in technology, AI and emerging market trends.
• Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Own workstreams across B2B technology research and consulting projects.
• Design research frameworks, discussion guides and supporting project methodologies.
• Conducting qualitative interviews and supporting quantitative analysis.
• Synthesising complex research findings into clear commercial recommendations.
• Developing high-quality presentations, reports and client deliverables.
• Presenting findings and managing day-to-day stakeholder interactions.
• Supporting project management to ensure successful delivery against timelines and objectives.
• Contributing to proposals, business development activities and thought leadership initiatives.
• Supporting the development and testing of AI-enabled tools, workflows and consulting solutions.
• Collaborating closely with senior consultants and leadership across multiple client engagements.
