TechYard is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead ServiceNow and enterprise transformation engagements in London. You will work with senior consultants and managers, guiding discovery through implementation and delivering ServiceNow-enabled transformation for clients.

You will run workshops, coordinate workstreams, manage risks, and produce client-facing documentation while mentoring junior consultants.

Qualifications

Experience in consulting or enterprise transformation
Experience leading small workstreams
Proven workshop facilitation skills
Excellent communication and consulting capability

Our client is a senior-led consultancy delivering ServiceNow, AI and Enterprise Transformation programmes across IT, HR, Finance, Customer Operations and Global Business Services.

Role Overview

You'll play a key role delivering enterprise transformation programmes, supporting client engagements from discovery through implementation. Working alongside senior consultants and managers, you'll lead workshops, coordinate workstreams and help deliver successful ServiceNow-enabled transformation.

Key Responsibilities
