Job summary

Law Staff Ltd. seeks an experienced Construction Solicitor with 4+ PQE in construction law to join our client’s team. The role covers non‑contentious and contentious matters, including litigation, adjudication, arbitration, mediation, and insurance claims, with opportunities for strategic input and client development.

You will work with developers, property owners, contractors and insurers across public and private sectors, mentoring juniors and shaping the practice. Flexible working is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in construction law.
• Experience in non-contentious and contentious construction matters.
• Litigation experience in Technology & Construction Court, adjudication, arbitration, ADR.
• Strong drafting, analytical and commercial awareness.
• Experience mentoring juniors and managing multiple matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of construction matters including litigation, adjudication, arbitration, mediation, expert determination and insurance‑related claims.
• Work with developers, owners, contractors, consultants, and insurers across public and private sectors.
• Take ownership of caseload, contribute to strategy and client relationships.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development.
• Collaborate across the firm to deliver integrated, high‑quality legal solutions.
