Law Staff Ltd seeks a Senior Associate Solicitor in Construction Law for a City-based role. The candidate will handle non-contentious construction matters with a focus on drafting and negotiating contracts, development agreements and procurement issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years non-contentious construction experience.
• Recent experience in private practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run independent files day to day from start to finish.
• Manage complex construction transactions and negotiations.
• Draft and review building contracts, project agreements and security documents.
• Maintain strong client relationships and advise on procurement matters.
• Provide guidance on construction law issues including payment, variations and delays.
• Follow firm policies and departmental procedures.
