Job summary

Law Staff is seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor (4+ PQE) to handle both contentious and non-contentious construction matters. You will advise developers, owners, contractors, and insurers across public and private sectors, taking ownership of a diverse caseload.

You will mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the firm’s strategic direction, working in a culture that values excellence, openness, and ambition. Flexible working is offered within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Advise clients on a wide range of non-contentious and contentious construction matters, including litigation and ADR mechanisms.
• Proven experience in interpreting, drafting and advising on standard and bespoke contracts.
• Strong drafting, analytical and technical skills.
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team development.
