Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Senior Manager of Construction Scheduling to lead regional scheduling across the portfolio and drive performance against global standards. You will manage schedulers, enforce CPM/EVM practices, and partner with Construction teams on data-center projects from initiation to handover.

Responsibilities include developing scheduling programs, defining KPIs, producing executive reports, and coaching project teams to improve schedule outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or engineering.
• Several years in construction scheduling, including baseline schedule development, CPM, and EVM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of schedulers, setting performance goals and deliverables.
• Implement regional scheduling initiatives and standardize milestones and KPIs.
• Govern contractual scheduling requirements in General Contractor contracts and train project teams.
• Develop high-level program and project timelines for decision-making.
• Create scheduling KPIs reflecting project progress against baselines.
• Produce management reports on portfolio schedule performance.
• Develop end-to-end internal schedules to support future projects.
• Identify schedule optimization opportunities with Construction Team.
• Enforce change management and mitigate schedule risks.
