Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Senior Manager of Construction Scheduling to lead regional scheduling, enforce standards, and drive predictable outcomes for major capital projects and client fit-outs.

You will oversee schedulers, align with global standards, and deliver data-driven forecasting, CPM governance, and performance metrics across the portfolio. Extensive travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business or engineering.
• Several years of construction scheduling experience including baseline schedules, critical path and variance analysis.
• Experience in EVM and forensic schedule analysis.
• Experience in people management and leading internal staff and contracted resources.
• Experience with data centers or high-tech construction projects.
• Wide CPM scheduling knowledge including logic-driven schedules and risk assessment.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project scheduling software.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs and analyze contractor schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal and contracted schedulers and set performance goals.
• Develop and enforce scheduling program requirements across data center projects.
• Govern contractual scheduling requirements in General Contractor contracts and train teams.
• Develop high-level project timelines to support decision-making.
• Create scheduling KPIs to reflect project progress against baselines.
• Produce management reports showing portfolio schedule performance.
• Develop end-to-end internal schedules for future projects.
• Identify schedule optimization opportunities with the construction team.
• Enforce change management, analyze impacts and drive mitigations.
