Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering or project management, or equivalent.
• Experience planning and scheduling maintenance activities, HVAC and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance and projects for campus facilities.
• Serve as the main point of contact with Customer Engagement and Delivery teams to ensure quality execution.
• Lead CMMS data management and asset records for the site.
• Coordinate prioritization and communication of campus activities across stakeholders.
