Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC in Newport, UK, seeks a Facilities Project & Scheduling Manager to plan and schedule maintenance and projects across our campus, ensuring reliable services for hyperscalers, cloud providers and enterprise customers.

Reporting to the Campus Director, you will lead CMMS asset data, coordinate with internal and external teams, prioritize activities, manage project portfolios, and drive on-time delivery while upholding safety, quality and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management or equivalent.
• Experience planning and scheduling maintenance activities, HVAC and electrical.
• Ability to communicate with internal/external stakeholders and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance and projects across campus.
• Lead CMMS data management and updates for assets and work orders.
• Coordinate with onsite and vendor teams to prioritize activities.
• Develop schedules, allocate resources, and level workloads.
• Monitor risks and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.
• Represent site in Programs, standards and process improvements.
