Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Director of Construction Management who will define and implement best-practice construction management processes across our EMEA portfolio. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring alignment with CSA, MEP, ICT & Systems and delivering at-scale with a strong focus on QA/QC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience delivering large, complex construction projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement best practice construction management procedures across the EMEA portfolio.
• Provide commissioning and QA/QC support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams including CSA, MEP, ICT & Systems.
• Perform supplier assessments during PQQ and Tender stages, including technical submissions.
• Define handover criteria and ensure adherence to delivery standards across projects.
