Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers in the United Kingdom seeks a Director of Construction Management to define and implement best-practice construction management processes across our EMEA portfolio. Reporting into the leadership team, you will drive QA/QC standards, oversee commissioning, and mentor cross-disciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of data center projects.

This role demands strategic vision, rigorous process discipline, and a proven track record in large-scale construction

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field required.
Extensive experience delivering large complex construction projects from inception through handover.
End-to-end project lifecycle knowledge including risk assessment and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

Define and implement best-practice construction management, commissioning and QA/QC procedures for the EMEA portfolio.
Provide commissioning and QA/QC support to construction teams across the project life cycle.
Lead cross-functional teams (CSA, MEP, ICT & Systems) to ensure alignment with defined standards.
Perform supplier assessments at PQQ and Tender stages, including submission reviews for technical and construction methodologies.
Define handover criteria and ensure deliverables meet client requirements and GC standards.
Collaborate with Design, Construction, Commissioning and Engineering to track OKRs and KPIs.
