Job summary

Lovell is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver high-value planned maintenance and refurbishment projects across the Midlands. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive safety, quality and budget adherence, and build strong relationships with clients, residents and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer focus and continuous improvement across contracts, reporting to the Operations Director and championing best practices in health and safety and CDM compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale planned maintenance, refurbishment and construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and commercial awareness.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety, CDM compliance and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple high-value projects across the Midlands.
• Manage large multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are on time and within budget.
