Job summary

Lovell is recruiting two Site Managers to deliver a high-quality refurbishment programme in occupied social housing properties. You will work with a delivery team and report to the Contracts Manager (Refurb) to ensure timely, compliant delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.

You will manage site administration, progress tracking and resources across planned maintenance and complex internal/external programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Housing Refurbishment works and managing workload across planned maintenance.
• Strong communication, customer service and IT skills.
• Knowledge of LIBMS is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class refurbishment programme in occupied properties within the social housing sector.
• Plan methods, phasing and programme of works and establish on-site administrative systems.
• Oversee progress and ensure adequate labour, plant and resources are in place.
