Job summary

Lovell is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple high-value planned maintenance and refurbishment projects across the Midlands. You will drive operational excellence, manage large multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in planned maintenance and refurbishment delivery.
Strong leadership and contract delivery capabilities.
Thorough understanding of health and safety, CDM, and quality management.
Knowledge of high-rise projects and resident liaison is desirable.
