Job summary

Lovell is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Coventry to take ownership of the financial performance and cost control of refurbishment developments, ensuring profitability and high standards.

You will lead commercial activities from project award through to final account settlement, managing cash flow, subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations, procurement and contractual compliance. You will also develop people and promote continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• Strong cost control and commercial acumen gained from refurbishment projects.
• Experience leading commercial activities from award to final account.
