Galliford Try Group in Kent seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of construction projects valued up to £20m. You will guide up to four site-based Project Managers, collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver safely and to high standards across the full lifecycle.

You will foster inclusive, high-performing teams, embed a safety culture, and ensure CDM 2015 compliance while managing design, pre-construction, and commercial activities.

Qualifications

• CSCS card or willingness to obtain.
• HNC or degree in a construction-related discipline.
• PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent project management qualification.
• Experience managing complex construction projects or portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 and health and safety responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of NEC and/or IChemE contracts and commercial principles.
• Proficiency using Office 365 for collaboration and reporting.
• Experience developing inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Inclusive and collaborative leadership style.
• Clear, respectful communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to working safely, ethically and responsibly.

Responsabilités

• Lead a portfolio of projects with clear direction and accountability.

• Manage costs, opportunities and risks with Commercial and Risk teams.
