Job summary

Galliford Try is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across multiple sites in the Guildford area. You will ensure projects meet time, budget and client specifications while promoting safety, quality and the FREDIE culture.

You will coordinate with the Commercial Team, manage resources, and drive collaboration with designers and suppliers to achieve a safe, buildable design and timely project completion.

Responsibilities

• Embed CDM principles and regulatory compliance.
• Lead cost management and maximize cash flow and profitability.
• Investigate and close out incidents with learnings.
• Ensure delivery quality and adherence to budget/scope.
• Support risk management with the Risk Manager.
• Oversee site setup, resources and supply chain partners.
• Champion innovative technologies and techniques.
• Ensure reporting is completed.
• Provide coaching and performance development for direct reports.
