Job summary

Galliford Try is seeking a Project Manager to join our Guildford team. Based in or around Guildford, you will travel across sites in the region and deliver projects to time and budget while meeting client specifications.

You will foster a Knowingly Safe environment, apply CDM principles, and lead with a FREDIE culture. You will manage design interfaces, plan workshops, recruit staff, and collaborate with the Commercial Team to optimize costs and profitability.

Qualifications

• First class project management capabilities with a track record of delivering to client expectations.
• Experience developing a performance culture and leading multiple teams.
• Advanced communication skills interfacing with multiple stakeholders internal and external.

Responsibilities

• Create a Knowingly Safe working environment and ensure CDM compliance.
• Lead the Commercial Team to manage costs and maximise cash flow.
• Plan, prepare and facilitate collaborative workshops; appoint and oversee site teams and supply chain partners.
• Ensure pre-commencement, regulatory requirements and site safety plans are in place.
• Deliver schemes on time, within budget and to client specification.
