United Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the safe, efficient delivery of complex construction projects across our portfolio. Reporting to the Project Director, you will provide strategic leadership across multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction delivery of multiple projects from mobilisation through to completion.
• Develop and implement construction strategies that support programme, quality, safety, and commercial objectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Provide leadership and direction to Construction Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, and project delivery teams.
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies where required.
• Champion a positive health, safety, environmental, and quality culture across all projects.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure lessons learned are implemented.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practice throughout project delivery.
• Review project costs, forecasts, variations, and resource requirements.
• Work with Commercial Managers to monitor project performance and profitability.
• Oversee planning and resource allocation to achieve programme milestones.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Represent the business at client meetings and project reviews.
