Job summary

Leading Fit Out & Refurbishment Contractor is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of complex projects in London and the wider UK, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality.

You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers, provide clear direction, manage planning, sequencing and progress, and identify risks with effective mitigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring safety, programme adherence and quality.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers, providing clear direction and sustaining strong project relationships.
• Oversee programme planning, sequencing and progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Take ownership of construction planning, logistics, RAMS, temporary works and coordination of multiple work packages.
• Drive health & safety, quality and compliance across the project, meeting client expectations.
• Lead client and stakeholder liaison with regular progress updates and issue resolution.
