Job summary

QinetiQ in Rosyth, Scotland, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead specialist construction and Estates management projects across the LTPA and QinetiQ Freehold Estate. You will manage the full project lifecycle from planning through to execution on varied refurbishment and new-build works.

The role requires knowledge of building regulations, CDM, NEC contracts, and strong leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading building and civil engineering projects across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of Planning Applications and GPDO processes.
• Understanding of Building Regulations and Building Control.
• Familiarity with the RIBA process and NEC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Organise the project and team delivery.
• Embed Health and Safety culture within the team.
• Develop junior project management skills.
• Define budget and manage cost reporting.
• Manage project documentation including bids and third-party docs.
