Job summary

QinetiQ is seeking a Small Works Manager at our Rosneath site to lead and manage small maintenance, reactive and minor works within Estates Delivery across the LTPA and QE Estate, ensuring high service delivery.

You will coordinate project teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with CDM and Building Regulations, working with MoD processes and reporting to senior PM resources.

The role is 37 hours a week, travel to sites across the central belt, and requires SC clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Developing interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with senior Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Understanding of Building Regulations and risk management processes.

Responsibilities

• Integrating the project team within the business and embedding a Health and Safety culture.
• Defining and maintaining project aims, priorities and scope.
• Setting and managing the budget, delivering within cost plan, reporting progress.
• Managing external advisors via Procurement Team Managers within QinetiQ.
• Providing technical support and knowledge to maintenance activities.
