Bovis is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager in the United Kingdom to lead procurement strategy, tender scheduling, and DEOP commitments across projects.

You will manage supply chain relationships, ensure value for money, and maintain robust commercial controls. Experience in public sector procurement and NEC contracts is preferred.

The role includes team development, risk management, and alignment with alliance members, with attractive benefits.

Formación

• Senior Commercial Manager experience with procurement in public sector.
• Ability to engage project teams and understand construction methods.
• Experience reporting procurement strategies internally and externally.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage procurement strategies and tender schedules.
• Manage DEOP commitments and S1400 alignment.
• Identify procurement opportunities and buying efficiencies.
• Oversee cash position at trade package level to deliver profit.
• Implement commercial, legal, insurance and risk controls at package level.
• Procure projects with fully scoped orders at best value within limits of authority.
• Provide accurate commercial reporting and contract administration.
• Ensure consistent delivery structures and processes across the project.
• Develop and coach team members; ensure resources and succession plans.
• Manage supply chain relationships at package level.
