Job Description:

Constructive Moves is working with a leading Residential Developer/Contractor actively seeking a Senior Materials Buyer to join its expanding buying team. As a materials buyer, you will source all types of materials for various schemes, from RC Frame Apartments to traditional housing schemes within London.

As a Senior Materials Buyer, your responsibilities include working with building suppliers to negotiate terms, sourcing new materials from different suppliers when necessary, taking off from drawings, scheduling materials to site, analyzing quotes to determine the best prices, and placing orders promptly to avoid delays in construction.
