Job Opportunity: Procurement Professional in Property/FM

We have a great career development opportunity available with a prominent non-profit sector organization for a Procurement professional with Property/FM category experience.

This is a brand-new role within an expanding procurement function. The position is home-based, with nationwide travel, and involves responsibility for a widespread estate. You will provide commercial procurement services across a broad spectrum of Property and Facilities related activities (both Hard and Soft FM). Your role will ensure that procurement objectives are achieved consistently, supporting the strategic plan and vision. Additionally, you will develop and manage key supplier relationships to ensure value for money and provide technical expertise in executing end-to-end procurement processes.

Your profile and background

• Experience of the full end-to-end tendering process, with examples of achieving significant savings across Property/FM category portfolios.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
• Solid understanding of Property/FM spend categories, with comfort in liaising with suppliers and negotiating high-profile contracts.
• Personable, self-motivated, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
