Constructive Moves is working with a leading Residential Developer/Contractor that is actively looking for a Materials Senior Buyer to join its expanding buying team. As a Materials Buyer, you will be sourcing all types of materials for a variety of schemes, from RC Frame Apartments to traditional housing schemes within London.

As a Senior Materials Buyer, your main responsibilities will include working to agreed terms with building suppliers, sourcing new materials from different suppliers when necessary, taking off from drawings, scheduling materials to site, and analyzing quotes to secure the best prices.

You must be able to place orders in a timely manner to ensure there are no delays to the construction programmes. This company offers a very settled working environment and has a healthy pipeline of new projects for the future.
