Osborne Clarke is seeking a Construction Senior Associate to join our national non-contentious team, based in Bristol or London, with a focus on energy and energy transition projects. You will advise on drafting and negotiating EPC, BOP, supply, and O&M contracts for renewables, energy storage, wind, and grid stability.

The role requires leading negotiation meetings, guiding client stakeholders, and developing your practice within a well‑established firm.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing construction matters and leading contract negotiations.
• Experience negotiating FIDIC or NEC contracts and EPC/O&M arrangements.
• Experience with project finance‑led structures.
• Ability to supervise junior lawyers during matters.
• Experience advising on energy/renewables projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead negotiation meetings and guide clients through the negotiation process.
• Draft and negotiate EPC, BOP, supply, and O&M contracts for renewables and energy projects.
• Mentor and supervise junior associates on complex matters.
• Collaborate with energy and infrastructure clients across Bristol and London offices.
