Osborne Clarke is seeking a Senior Associate to join our national non-contentious construction practice, focusing on energy and energy transition projects in Bristol or London. You will lead negotiations on EPC, BOP, and O&M contracts, guiding clients through complex deals and coordinating with energy regulation, planning, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating EPC, BOP, supply and O&M contracts for renewables.
• Ability to lead negotiation meetings and guide client stakeholders.
• Experience in the energy transition sector is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex construction contract negotiations (FIDIC/NEC).
• Supervise junior lawyers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Advise energy clients on procurement and contract strategy.
