Job summary

Ardent Management Limited, Birmingham, is seeking a Senior Project Manager (AM6) to drive consent programmes for major infrastructure projects. The role coordinates planning, environmental, land and legal inputs, delivering on time and to a high standard in a hybrid-working, full-time capacity.

The Senior Project Manager will manage DCO/TWAO consent workstreams, maintain governance documents, and support integration of consent requirements into design, procurement, and construction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management for infrastructure, utilities or built environment projects.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across planning, engineering, environmental, land and legal inputs.
• Strong governance, documentation and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage consent workstreams across DCO, TWAO and other major consents.
• Coordinate inputs from planners, engineers, land referencers, legal staff and environmental specialists.
• Maintain registers, trackers and governance tools for consents; ensure timely delivery.
