Job summary

Ardent Management Limited in Manchester is seeking an Associate Director for Consent Management to lead end-to-end consent projects across major infrastructure programmes. The role requires coordinating with design, land, environmental, legal, consultation and engagement teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with obligations.

The role combines senior project leadership with governance, QMS adherence, and continuous improvement, while mentoring PMs and supporting client relationships

Qualifications

• Experience delivering DCOs, TWAOs or major consents.
• Ability to lead end-to-end consenting processes across large infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams including planners, environmental specialists, engineers, legal and engagement professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of consents across major infrastructure projects.
• Consents delivered on time, with reduced programme risk and greater predictability.
• Develop, maintain and deliver consent programmes, roadmaps and dependencies.
• Coordinate design, land, environmental, legal, consultation and construction activities.
• Manage multi-disciplinary inputs from teams, consultation and engagement and ensure high-quality, audit-ready deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and best practice in consent project management.
