Job summary

The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate consent workstreams across nationally significant infrastructure and regeneration projects. Hybrid role offering a competitive salary, bonus and excellent benefits in the Birmingham area.

You will lead day-to-day consent activities, coordinate planners, environmental specialists, engineers and legal advisors, and develop consent programmes, trackers and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in consent management for major infrastructure projects.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage complex programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day consent workstreams across major infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate planners, environmental specialists, engineers, land professionals and legal advisors.
• Develop and maintain consent programmes, trackers and project documentation.
• Monitor project risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring programmes remain on track.
• Support stakeholder engagement and multidisciplinary project coordination.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.
