Job summary

Management Recruitment Group in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Project Manager to coordinate consent workstreams across nationally significant infrastructure and regeneration projects. You will work with planners, environmental specialists, engineers, land professionals and legal advisors to keep programmes compliant and on schedule.

This role targets an experienced project manager with knowledge of DCOs/TWAOs, excellent stakeholder management and a proactive, organised mindset.

• Support stakeholder engagement and multidisciplinary project coordination.
• Deliver post-consent activities, including condition discharge and construction readiness.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.

A growing organisation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate consent workstreams across nationally significant infrastructure and regeneration projects. You'll work alongside technical specialists to manage programmes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure complex projects remain compliant and on schedule.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager looking to develop within a growing specialist discipline.

Key responsibilities

We're looking for

• Strong project management experience within infrastructure, utilities or the built environment.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Knowledge of DCOs, TWAOs or comparable consent processes.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach with a genuine interest in developing within the consent management sector.
