Job summary

Motability Operations Limited is seeking a Senior MI Analyst specialising in Connected Mobility. You will lead analytics for Connected Mobility within the Customer Services MI team, turning vehicle data into actionable insights and measurable business value.

This hands-on role involves working with large, complex datasets, building reporting and analytical products, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve outcomes and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business intelligence, MI or related analytics role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write efficient queries.
• Experience with Power BI and Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Identifying trends and turning data into actionable insights.
• Experience using data to drive improvements and stakeholder impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical work for Connected Mobility within CSMI.
• Develop reporting and analytical products from large datasets.
• Identify opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders and enable action.
• Collaborate with product, data, technology and operations teams.
