Job summary

MetLife UK is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to join our Data, MI & Automation team at an exciting point in our transformation. You will own business-critical management information, shape its future, and help migrate reporting to modern, scalable solutions using Power BI, Power Platform and AI-enabled capabilities.

You will work with stakeholders across the business to design robust data models, automate reporting, and deliver self-service BI while improving efficiency and reducing

Qualifications

• Proven experience in MI, reporting and BI
• Advanced Excel and VBA experience advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Power BI reports, data models and DAX measures
• Working knowledge of SQL and data sources
• Experience delivering end-to-end BI reports/dashboards
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality controls
• Awareness of agile methodology and Power Automate

Responsibilities

• Own, produce and deliver accurate recurring MI and reporting to stakeholders
• Modernise reporting estate and automate processes
• Automate data preparation, refresh and distribution with Power BI/Power Platform
• Build and maintain Power BI reports, datasets and data models
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into reporting solutions
• Design robust quality controls and resolve data discrepancies
• Document report definitions, data sources and lineage
• Support self-service BI and governance across the organisation
• Drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement
