Job summary

AtkinsRéalis UK Transportation IT&I is seeking a Senior Consultant in Intelligent Mobility to tackle complex transport challenges with intelligent systems and digital solutions. You will lead projects across National Highways, local authorities and operators, guiding clients and teams to successful outcomes.

You will mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business growth while shaping innovative mobility projects for a growing practice within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and communication across client organisations and internal teams.
• Proven ability to work within multidisciplinary environments to deliver projects.
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues and promote a high performing culture.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take ownership and drive work forward.
• Experience with project management, cost forecasting, budget control and resource planning.
• Track record of securing follow‑on work and growing accounts.
• Experience delivering Intelligent Mobility, ITS or related digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Intelligent Mobility and transport technology projects meeting quality, programme and commercial objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and delivery partners, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Develop proposals and bids for existing clients to secure repeat business and growth.
• Lead project management activities including programme planning and budget control.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex challenges with innovative solutions.
• Provide technical input across Intelligent Mobility and digital transformation projects.
• Mentor junior team members to develop technical, consulting and project management capabilities.
