Job summary

MBDA UK Limited is seeking an experienced Configuration Manager to lead the application of Configuration Management across our product portfolio. You will establish governance, build networks with programmes, and deliver technical application of CM throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires deep CM expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and knowledge of relevant standards. We offer hybrid working, a competitive salary around £55k, a company bonus and enhanced benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Configuration Management across complex programmes.
• Strong understanding of CM principles, processes and standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of BPSS and related security checks is advantageous.

• Lead the application and governance of CM across MBDA product portfolios.
• Build networks with programmes to deliver CM throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide strategic direction and technical CM delivery within projects.
