Job summary

MBDA is seeking an experienced Configuration Management lead to drive governance across our product portfolio. You will build strong teams, develop CM capabilities, and ensure high standards in configuration governance.

The role requires leading CM processes, mentoring staff, and working across engineering and programme teams to deliver robust, auditable configurations. Hybrid working with on-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Experienced within a Configuration Management discipline with governance responsibility.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to lead cross-functional teams across product lifecycles.
• Knowledge of Def Stan 05-57, ISO10007 or EN9100 is beneficial.
