Job summary

MBDA UK in Stevenage is seeking an experienced Configuration Manager to lead the application of Configuration Management across our prestigious product portfolio. You will establish governance, oversee CM principles throughout the product lifecycle, and build strong relationships with programmes and stakeholders to ensure delivered configurations meet stringent requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Configuration Management discipline.
• Knowledge of CM principles and international standards.
• Experience with defence systems or complex weapon systems desirable.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Ability to plan, lead and deliver CM activities.
• Knowledge of Def Stan 05-57, ISO10007, EN9100 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the application of Configuration Management across MBDA product portfolio.
• Establish strategic CM direction within designated programmes.
• Deliver governance and lifecycle CM practices.
• Build networks with programmes and stakeholders.
