MBDA is seeking an experienced Configuration Management professional to lead the application of CM processes across its prestigious product portfolio. You will build networks, foster relationships and deliver governance and robust configuration controls.

You will lead a talented team, develop people, promote professional standards and create an environment where staff can grow, while supporting programmes and workload demands.

Qualifications

• Experience in Configuration Management discipline.
• Knowledge of CM principles and business applications, nationally and internationally.
• Experience in leading teams and delivering governance across complex products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Configuration Management team and governance across MBDA's product portfolio.
• Develop people and strengthen configuration capability.
• Collaborate with engineering and programme teams to ensure CM compliance and robustness.
