Job summary

Manu Forti Limited is seeking a Senior Conference Producer to lead a portfolio of financial services events. You will research, design and deliver high-quality programmes, and secure senior speakers while nurturing relationships with investors and asset managers.

The role combines content development with growth of existing formats, collaboration with marketing and sales, and active involvement in editorial outputs. Hybrid work is offered in London, with discretionary bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in B2B conference production.
• Track record of developing agendas and securing senior‑level speakers.
• Excellent research, writing and communication skills.
• Confident engaging with senior industry professionals by phone and in meetings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commercial understanding of how successful conferences are developed and grown.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop and deliver high-quality conference programmes, from intimate roundtables to larger conferences.
• Identify, approach and secure senior‑level speakers from across the investment industry.

• Develop timely, relevant agendas based on industry trends and conversations with the market.

• Manage senior advisory boards and help ensure a high-quality experience for speakers and delegates.

Senior Conference Producer – Financial Services Events

Salary: up to £50,000 + discretionary bonus

Location: Central London (hybrid – 3 days in the office)

Contract: Permanent, full-time

We\'re recruiting for a Senior Conference Producer to join a growing B2B media and events business specialising in financial services and institutional investment.

The business runs a portfolio of conferences, forums, summits and senior‑level roundtables, bringing together investment professionals to discuss key developments across the industry.

This role will involve taking ownership of an established portfolio of events, while identifying opportunities to develop new formats and grow existing ones.

The role

We\'re looking for someone with:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A commercial understanding of how successful conferences are developed and grown.

Experience producing financial services or investment events would be advantageous, but isn\'t essential. An understanding of institutional investment, asset management or related financial markets would also be useful.
