Job summary

Caselton Clark is recruiting for a Conference Producer / Senior Conference Producer (DOE) in London. You will research market issues, craft agendas, secure senior speakers and work with sales and marketing to turn content into profitable events.

For the senior level, you’ll manage an international portfolio across flagship conferences, with hundreds of attendees and sponsors, and oversee two- and three-day formats while mentoring junior producers.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of conference production experience.
• Experience delivering larger B2B conferences is preferred.
• Ability to research markets, build agendas and secure senior speakers.

The Company

An established, market leading international B2B conference business is looking to bring on board both a Conference Producer and Senior Conference Producer to spearhead growth of a £5m event portfolio.

The Role

You’ll research the issues shaping your market, build compelling agendas and secure senior speakers, working closely with sales and marketing to turn strong content into commercially successful events.

For those joining at the senior level, there’s exposure to an international portfolio of five established events taking place in the US and Europe with flagship conferences attracting around 500 attendees and 30 sponsors.

The senior role involves producing a mix of two- and three-day conferences, including larger events with focus days and parallel streams. You’ll also identify opportunities to grow existing events, develop new topics and support junior producers.

The Person

We’re looking to speak to producers with the following experience:

• Researching and producing commercially successful B2B conferences.
• Developing agendas through in-depth market research and conversations with senior industry figures.
• Securing senior speakers and building strong relationships with them.
• Managing multiple events and meeting production deadlines.
• Working closely with sales, sponsorship and marketing to grow audiences and revenue.
• For the senior role, around two years or more of conference production experience, including larger events, identifying growth opportunities and supporting junior colleagues.
