Job summary

Media Search Inc. in London is seeking an experienced Conference Producer to deliver invitation-only events across Data and Legal. You will produce 3-4 events per year, recruit C-level speakers, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver edge-cutting agendas.

You will travel domestically and internationally, enjoy a hybrid work setup (3 days in office, 2 days at home), and benefit from a salary up to £45,000 plus profit share and health and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years B2B Conference Production experience.
• Ability to manage multiple events and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; proactive and self-motivated.

About the role:

Exciting opportunity to join a thriving events business that delivers invitation-only conference and networking events across Data and Legal.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce 3-4 events per year
• Conduct telephone and web-based market research to develop educational content, identify conference topics
• Create cutting edge agenda and recruit C-level speakers
• Guide sales, marketing and operations teams to create successful events
• Project Manage events from concept to delivery – set the vision and see it come to fruition
• Delivering conferences on site. Travelling domestically and internationally.
