Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Conference Planner to support the delivery of its global conference portfolio.

You will assist in planning, organizing and executing event logistics, including venue management, housing, and staff coordination, under the guidance of the Conference Manager. You will collaborate across production teams to ensure high-quality experiences, manage freight shipments, monitor budgets and forecasts, and support VIP programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
• 3+ Years Event Management experience.
• Proven event operational skills including production schedules, budget management and event staffing.
• Experience in managing agency and vendor partners.
• Project management and/or end-to-end event management and delivery to senior level clients.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building with senior professionals and agency partners.
• Creative, innovative and strategic thinker with attention to detail.
• Strong financial management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentations skills.
• Ability to adapt and manage change; travel ~20%.

Responsabilidades

• Support flawless delivery of Conferences while working with the global event operations team.
• Plan, organize, and execute event logistics with guidance from Conference Manager.
• Support venue management including rooms, facilities, F&B and housing.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of events.
• Manage shipment of freight to onsite conferences and staff on site.
• Assist with conference budgets and monthly forecasts; manage expenses.
• Lead VIP experiences and program deliverables within Destination Conferences.
• Oversee budgets for Client Experience activities with accurate forecasts.
• Review and enhance event features based on attendee feedback.
• Follow global SOPs and share best practices across regions.
