Gartner in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Conference Planner to support delivery of Gartner’s must-attend global conference portfolio, in-person programs, focusing on logistics and production.

You will partner with the Conference Manager to plan, organize and execute event logistics from development through on-site and wrap-up, manage venues, staffing, shipments, budgets and VIP experiences, and coordinate with global teams to ensure flawless events.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years event management experience.
• Experience with production schedules, budget management and event staffing.
• Experience managing agency and vendor partners.
• Project management and/or end-to-end event delivery to senior clients.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with senior professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Support flawless delivery of Conferences as part of the global event operations team.
• Plan, organize, and execute event logistics from development to on-site and wrap-up.
• Support venue management including rooms, F&B and housing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of events.
• Manage shipment of all freight to on-site conferences.
• Book and arrange temporary staff to support events and manage them on-site.
• Assist Conference Manager with budgets and monthly forecasts; manage expenses.
• Lead VIP member experiences and program deliverables within Destination Conferences.
• Oversee event budgets for Client Experience activities with forecasting and risk management.
• Review and enhance event features, analyze attendee feedback, and drive improvements.
• Follow standard operating procedures and share best practices globally.
