Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide leadership and operational excellence for the Conference Technology organization. You will oversee strategic planning, staffing, and execution across global programs supporting Gartner Conferences, balancing Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.

You will partner with Technology and Conference teams, drive continuous improvement, and travel ~10-15% for conferences and planning events.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT program management experience with leading people and coordinating large teams.
Proven ability to translate business objectives into executable programs with measurable outcomes.
Strong leadership, organizational design, process improvement, and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning for Conference Technology and translate goals into roadmaps and delivery plans.
Own staffing, capacity planning, and resource allocation for multiple programs.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for team members to foster accountability and growth.
Establish and continuously improve standards of execution across programs and conferences operations.
Direct multiple cross-functional workstreams into a cohesive delivery strategy.
Oversee conference planning and operational readiness for Gartner events worldwide.
