The role focuses on compliance, product safety, and risk management, partnering with Product, Legal, Operations, Commercial and Technology teams to embed compliance into strategy and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in non-food product compliance, product safety, regulatory affairs and risk management.
• Experience leading large-scale compliance initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across Product, Legal, Operations, Commercial and Technology.
• Track record of identifying systemic risks and delivering durable, scalable solutions.
• Strong strategic, analytical and executive communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support development of the compliance risk framework and monitoring across regions.
• Partner with senior leaders to embed compliance into strategic initiatives and market expansion.
• Support resolution of complex compliance challenges balancing regulatory obligations and business goals.
• Identify systemic risks, root causes, and drive improvements in outcomes.
• Establish metrics and reporting frameworks for governance and risk.
• Support team capability growth within the function.
