Job summary

JD.COM's Europe International Compliance Department is creating a new role to lead development and governance of regulatory and compliance policies across UK and EU retail businesses. You will report to the Director of Regulation and Compliance and translate regulatory requirements into clear policies, standards and decision frameworks.

You will work with Compliance, Legal and business teams to ensure policies reflect regulatory requirements, operational realities and evolving risks across

Qualifications

• Experience building regulatory/compliance policies in ecommerce or regulated environments.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable policies.
• Proven governance experience with ownership, approvals, review cycles and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regulatory and compliance policies across JD.COM's UK and EU retail platforms.
• Translate legal/regulatory requirements into clear policies, standards and decision frameworks.
• Establish policy governance including ownership, approvals, review cycles and version control.
• Lead policy development across product safety, marketplace, consumer protection, content and IP.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and product/engineering teams to implement policies.
