Job description

A reputable international law firm with a global presence is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to join their BAU team. Key responsibilities:

• Acting as an escalation point for compliance queries and managing workflow allocation to ensure efficiency
• Resolving conflicts, AML, and CDD issues
• Implementing and maintaining information barriers
• Conducting sanctions screenings and liaising with internal specialists
• Providing mentorship and training to compliance officers
• Supporting system upgrades, policy updates, and lateral hire due diligence

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum four years’ experience in a business acceptance role
• Knowledge of AML and conflict regulations
• Strong problem-solving, research, and communication skills
• Experience with compliance systems like Intapp Open
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and team-oriented approach with experience mentoring more junior team members
