Our client, a boutique investment management firm specializing in hedge fund and private markets products, is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to join their compliance team in London. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain compliance documentation and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory adherence across distribution channels and support product development and management in various markets.
• Collaborate with business teams to meet commercial objectives while upholding regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in compliance within investment management, particularly with alternative investments, liquid alternatives, hedge fund products, and private markets.
• Strong knowledge of UK (FCA) and Luxembourg (CSSF) regulatory environments, including UCITS and AIF regulations.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
